Castle Gardens ILM provides luxury catering, event design, and coordination services. All specific event details, including final guest counts, menu selections, and logistical responsibilities, will be governed by an independent, mutually signed Service Contract. In the event of a discrepancy between these website Terms & Conditions and your signed Service Contract, the Service Contract shall prevail.
We maintain a minimum investment of $3,000 for standard events and $10,000 for wedding packages. To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer/deposit is required. Final balances, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility will be strictly outlined in your customized Service Contract.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design concepts, is the exclusive property of Castle Gardens ILM and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.
