For boards for 10 or less 36 hr notice. For a board of 10-20 people or more Castle Gardens ILM needs a 5 days advance notice. For boards 20-50 need 14 days notice. For boards over 50 or more, requires a 4-week notice. We make our boards with the freshest local ingredients and need time to prepare.
